Get your code

Once payment clears, your subscription code arrives by email. It looks like DSK-7K3M-9PQW-XT4R.

Enter it in the app

Your workspace's owner or a global admin opens Workspace → Plan and types it in. The seats grow the moment it's accepted.

Before you choose

Who counts as a person?

Everyone active in your workspace — members, stewards and admins alike. People waiting to join don't count until they're approved.

What happens when we reach our limit?

Nobody is turned away. The next person waits in line under Join requests until a seat frees up or your plan grows.

What happens when a plan ends?

Your workspace goes back to Free. Nobody is removed and nothing is deleted — new people just can't join above 10 until you renew with a new code.

Can we renew early, or switch plans?

Yes. A renewal code for the same plan adds its time on top of what's left. A code for a different plan starts right away — the app shows exactly what changes before you confirm.

Do you send invoices? What about tax?

Every paid order gets an invoice. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply depending on where you are.

Can we get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, in full. The details are in our Terms.
